The Denim Tears x Pyrex Vision Black is a special three-way collaboration between Tremaine Emory and Virgil Abloh’s streetwear brands for MCA Chicago’s Virgil Abloh exhibit. The unique pairing sees the revival of Abloh’s pioneering Pyrex Vision brand which has been dormant since 2013. A picture taken by Abloh on his iPhone appears front-and-center on the premium cotton hoodie. Tumblr-styled design cues like “RSS,” “Ask Me Anything” and “Archives” evoke nostalgia for a bygone era in streetwear culture.
